Mindfulness and Wellbeing Program

This program commences with an in-depth assessment of your graduate's needs so that a program to facilitate wellbeing and mindfulness across the entire program can be developed and implemented over a 3, 6 or 12 month period. Policies and procedures are reviewed in partnership with senior leaders and amendments to really foster wellbeing and mindfulness in the workplace are recommended.
Management and staff surveys and optional focus groups assess needs, preferences and attitudes at the beginning of the program and to gather feedback throughout the program. These surveys inform the program to make sure it is meeting the particpant’s needs. A comprehensive Plan of Action is developed which would include a wellbeing and mindfulness education program tailored to meet your needs.
