Thrive provides a range of wellness programs and services to address work stress and for education. These incude one-off sessions and beginner’s courses to in-depth wellbeing and mindfulness programs spanning a year or more.

Content is practically focused and evidence-based. The use of engaging strategies and ensuring sessions are fun are a priority. Yoga

Promoting Mental Health Program

Mental health problems are estimated to cost Australian businesses $11 billion a year. Creating a mentally healthy workplace is possible and the return of investment is estimated to be $2.30 for each dollar spent. Thrive can facilitate a whole organisation approach to promoting a mentally healthy workplace, walking senior leaders through the recommended steps over a 6 to 12 month period. An Action Plan will be created and implemented subsequently.

This program commences with an in-depth assessment and analysis of the whole organisation to identify priority areas in collaboration with senior leaders. Policies and procedures are reviewed in partnership with senior leaders and amendments to foster a mentally healthy workplace will be recommended. Management and staff surveys and optional focus groups assess needs, preferences and attitudes at the beginning of the year and gather feedback throughout program.

Tailoring sessions to your organisation’s needs, each participant will have the opportunity to develop a personalised plan on how they address this area of their wellbeing. Getting Enough Exercise

Getting enough of the right kinds of exercise is a critically important factor for wellbeing at work and beyond. Taking a whole organisation approach and conducting a needs assessment is the best way to tailor a program to meet the needs of any organisation in relation to helping their staff (or students) get it right.

Surveying managers and staff enables Thrive to develop a program to meet the needs of your organisation in relation to fitness.
