Five 45 min sessions introduce mindfulness and explores the evidence on how mindfulness at work enhances our performance at work and can positively impact our personal lives. Participants are supported to develop the knowledge and skills to reap real rewards such as clarity, focus, increased productivity, improved relationships and more peace of mind. Apart from stress management, nutrition, physical activity, and sleep are covered. The relationship between productivity and mindfulness is explored in more depth. Eight Week Wellbeing Course

Eight 45 min sessions introduce mindfulness and explores the evidence on how mindfulness at work enhances our performance at work and can positively impact our personal lives. Apart from stress management, nutrition, physical activity, and sleep are covered. The relationship between productivity and mindfulness is explored in more depth. Wellbeing and success can be enhanced when regular practice is encouraged so helping students embrace mindfulness and feel motivated are a key focus of this course. Mindfulness and Wellbeing Program

The outcomes of this program are increasing productivity (improved focus and clarity), staff engagement, improved relationships, and decreased absenteeism through improved wellbeing, including mental health, and wellbeing of the whole organisation.

We deliver scientific content, skills development and carefully designed  values-based strategies that ignite internal motivation for sustained behaviour change.

This program commences with an in-depth assessment and analysis of the whole organisation so that a program to facilitate wellbeing and mindfulness across its entirety can be developed and implemented over 6 months. Policies and procedures are reviewed in partnership with senior leaders and amendments to really foster wellbeing and mindfulness in the workplace are recommended.

Management and staff surveys and optional focus groups assess needs, preferences and attitudes at the beginning of the program and to gather feedback throughout the program. These surveys inform the program to make sure it is meeting the organisation’s needs. A comprehensive Plan of Action is developed which would include a wellbeing and mindfulness education program to be implemented over the duration of the program (3 months or 12 months).
