Mindfulness Workshop - The Antidote to Overwhelm

This three hour interactive workshop is designed to show participants that there is an antidote to feeling overwhelmed. It combines the science of stress, resilience and mindfulness, practical exercises, and discussion. The lighthearted format enables participants to be introduced to this topic in a way that is compelling, that pricks their interest and ignites their motivation to embrace stress management and mindfulness. It introduces essential skills for clarity and calm. $2000 for up to 20 people.

Mindfulness and Wellbeing Full Day Workshop - The Antidote to Overwhelm

It combines the science of stress, resilience, mindfulness, and the other pillars of welllbeing - healthy eating, physical activity and sleep and rest. Packed full of practical exercises, and discussion, the lighthearted format enables participants to be introduced to these topic in a way that is compelling, that pricks their interest and ignites their motivation to embrace stress management, mindfulness and wellbeing more generally. $4000 for up to 20 people.

Five Week Stress Management and Wellbeing Course

The five one hour sessions introduce mindfulness and explore the evidence on how mindfulness enhances performance at work and can positively impact our personal lives. The course is designed specifically to help Graduates manage the stresses associated with doing a graduate program. Apart from stress management, healthy eating, physical activity, and sleep and rest are covered. Includes pre and post survey, multiple worksheets, two audio meditations and weekly email summary with links to additional reading. $6000 for up to 20 people.

Eight Week Stress Management and Wellbeing Course

Eight one hour sessions introduce mindfulness and explore the evidence on how mindfulness at work enhances performance and positively impacts our personal lives. Participants are supported to develop the knowledge and skills to enable more clarity, focus, increased productivity, improved relationships and more peace of mind.

The course is designed specifically to help Graduates manage the stresses associated with doing a graduate program. Apart from stress management, healthy eating, physical activity, and sleep and rest are covered. Includes pre and post survey, multiple worksheets, two audio meditations and links to additional reading. The longer course duration will ensure participants are supported to really commit to their own practice and develop healthier behaviours. Outcomes include less stress, improved work performance and better morale and retention. Mindfulness and Wellbeing Program

A 3, 6 or 12 month program can be tailored to your organisation's needs. The outcomes of this program are increasing productivity, improved focus and clarity, staff engagement, improved relationships, and decreased absenteeism through improved wellbeing, including mental health.

This program commences with an in-depth assessment of your graduate's needs so that a program to facilitate wellbeing and mindfulness across the entire program can be developed and implemented over a 3, 6 or 12 month period. 

Preferences and attitudes are assessed at the beginning of the program and feedback gathered throughout the program. This informs the program to make sure it is meeting the particpant’s needs. A comprehensive Plan of Action is developed which would include a wellbeing and mindfulness education program tailored to meet your needs.
