GUIDED MINDFULNESS MEDITATION @ ONE ROOF COWORKING SPACE
This weekly guided mindfulness meditation is led by Susie Hopkins, the Founder of Thrive Services for Wellbeing. She has more than 25 years’ experience in the health and wellness sector. Susie is also Registered Nurse, has a Master’s in Public Health and is a trained yoga and mindfulness teacher. She runs this meditation weekly to give back to this amazing community of women led businesses.
When: Tuesdays at 2pm.

A MINDFULNESS MASTERCLASS - THE ANTIDOTE TO OVERWHELM
In late November, in partnership with Selection Partners (an amazing recruitment agency) Thrive provided a workshop to 10 senior executives from engineering and legal firms and chartered accounting practices.
Participants learned why mindfulness helps build your leadership practice, by enhancing resilience, building capacity for collaboration and the ability to lead in complex situations. Mindfulness has the added benefit of making iteasier to focus and concentrate on the task at hand as well as improving self-awareness and emotional-intelligence.
The focus of this mindfulness masterclass was specifically:

• How to practice it
• How to apply your learning in your leadership role
